This ground floor apartment is peacefully situated in a historic Simmental house from the 18th century, offering space for up to four people. Here, you will experience the breathtaking mountain world up close – an unforgettable experience is guaranteed!

The apartment has been carefully renovated to preserve its historical charm. Two cozy bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool and color light therapy ensure restful sleep and relaxation. The open living and dining area invites you to cozy evenings by the crackling fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities to create homemade delicacies. For families with young children, a travel cot, high chair, and back carrier are available.
Alpine Wellness Area
A visit to the new 30m² wellness area is the perfect end to each day. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the steam shower and Finnish sauna. The wellness area is available to all guests free of charge. To ensure a harmonious coexistence, we have provided a sign-up list so that all guests can use the area in peace.
Please note that the upper apartment may also be rented. The wellness area is available to all guests free of charge. If guests are staying in the lower apartment, both parties can arrange times to use the wellness area, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the space in peace.

Booking & Payment Terms
1. Booking
Your booking is binding once completed through our online form.
You will immediately receive a written booking confirmation including payment details.
2. Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
The deposit can be conveniently paid by credit card via the payment link included in your booking confirmation.
If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due as follows:

4. Security Deposit
For first-time bookings, we charge a security deposit of CHF 500, which will of course be fully refunded upon proper return of the apartment. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card at the time of key handover.
From your second booking onwards, we are happy to waive the security deposit to make your arrival even more comfortable as a valued returning guest.
5. Changes after booking
For subsequent changes to a confirmed booking – such as switching the apartment, changing the number of guests, adjusting the length of stay or the travel dates – an administrative fee of CHF 50 will be charged.
6. Cancellation Policy:
80% of the paid deposits are refundable if canceled 50 days or more before arrival.
50% of the paid deposits are refundable if canceled 20 days or more before arrival.
20% of the paid deposits are refundable if canceled 14 days or more before arrival.
0% refund if canceled later than 14 days before arrival.
